How to get and how to import a profile.xml file?
Unexpectedly for myself, I discovered that it is not so easy to connect a client to it when you already have the server part configured.
I can probably get a link here to the well-known manual, which for some reason I couldn’t find.

In FW if you config xml profile' the fw will push it to client' and client will use it.
No need manual edit of xml.
Note:- there is special cases you need to edit xml

Set up a profile in the firewall? What do you mean by FW?

Like @MHM Cisco World mentioned, the FW will push the profile.xml to the client.
In the rare situations you might need to edit the profile.xml yourself, the software to do that is called Profile Editor (Windows) and is available from the same place you download the AnyConnect client.
Hope this helps.
