Our vpn users are able to ping various hosts throughout the network. However, there are certain things they're unable to do. For example, they are unable to connect to network shares or telnet into devices. They also can't browse out to the Internet. This issue has only recently cropped up. Everything has worked in the past. Our environment is pretty static, so I can't think of any changes that we've made that could've caused this.
Split tunneling is disabled for clients. When a VPNd user wants to surf, they do it through our network.
We're running various clients, the most recent being. 4.6.02.0011. Our 3030 concentrator is running Version 4.1.5.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi,
this sounds similiar to something I am experiencing here. I've noticed it has something to do with Windows Updates on the client side. Our VPN worked fine until this latest round of Windows updates were installed. The clients suddenly lost access to the resources once logged into the VPN.
I don't know if that will help or not, and I'm still trying to get to the root of my problem, but I think I'm on the right track.

It turns out that Trend Micro introduced a firewall in with their scan engine during one of their recent updates. It was this firewall that was blocking all TCP/UDP traffic through the VPN interface.
