Cisco 3640 AAA - CALLBACK problem

have a cisco 3640 NAS configured for RADIUS authentication againsta a IAS server.

Up to now I've been able to set up authentication and authorization for group of users.

Now I'd like to provide callback feature .

I've enabled the service-type callback-framed in the IAS server and the router correctly propmted the user for callback.

But even the user press the cancel button the logon process hang with the "sending the callback information.." message .

How should I configure the Radius server to have the callback feature working ?

I found that if the user provides a callback number he gets called . But if he clicks on cancel to go on with the logon process the call hang up and disconnect
