I have use Cisco AnyConnect to VPN to my company network,  but I also need to VPN to my client company network concurrently.   Can Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client simultaneously establish 2 VPN connection for Windows 10?

No not possible. You can only use VPN connection at a time using the AnyConnect client.
