Cisco IP Communicator Issues

Greetings,

Can anyone direct me in the right path to resolve the following issues we are experiencing.  We have users using the ip communicator with checkpoint vpn and it works perfect except when dialing another vpn ip communicator user.  They only get one way audio.  Is there a solution to resolve?

Also, we have (4) home agents and (3) of them are not recording. I have tried everything ,but no prevail.  Although when they restart their computers, they record for most of the day.  We have (1) of these agents who is recording correctly with no issues.  I have been told by Calabrio that it's the check point vpn and that we should be using Cisco vpn.  Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

Thanks,

Janet Love

I'm not a checkpoint specialist, but you need to enable something called hairpinning.
It means that traffic that comes in on an interface is allowed outbound on the same interface.

Google on checkpoint vpn hairpin and you might get some steps further.

Hope this helps
