Cisco secure client error: Authentication failed due to a problem navigating to the single sign-on URL.
Any suggestions on how to fix this error?

There is this Cisco bug that relates to your error https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwa31551 and this Duo FAQ https://help.duo.com/s/article/8084?language=en_US You may need to upgrade your Secure Client software to resolve.

What version of software?
