Configuring BW on Virtual-template ??

Hi,

I am trying to determine how I would configure BW on Virtual-access interfaces.  Currently we are monitoring these VA's and they always come back as breaching BW threshold, also noticed that they are by default 9k which is why it is appearing to breach.  I am hoping that someone can tell me if I configure a BW statement on the virtual-template on headend if this will resolve this issue.  The actual BW is approx 3MB.  Are there any best practices as well.

Thanks

current VT config

interface Virtual-Template1 type tunnel
description EasyVPN For PSK Users
ip unnumbered GigabitEthernet0/0
tunnel source GigabitEthernet0/0
tunnel mode ipsec ipv4
tunnel protection ipsec profile IPSEC-PROFILE

I would say yes. By configuring bandwidth under the interface, it should stop those alarm message.

In general, bandwidth value specified by "bandwidth" command under the interface won't control how many traffic can be passed throught but it is used for calculating routing protocol metric and link utilization stuff. So, if you change it to the correct value, it should stop those "breaching BW threshold" alam.
