@Ma'moun Mohammad shanableh No that is not possible (as far as I know). If you wish for that enrollment traffic to be encrypted cisco recommend configuring a provisioning tunnel using pre-shared-key, once the router has enrolled the certificate that provisioning tunnel is shutdown.
