Dynamic VPN

Dears 

i have two routers 2800 series and i would like to create  Site to Site (LAN to LAN) VOIP using VNP/IPSEC tunnel between these two routers ,these routers are connected to the internet.

is it possible to build L2L VPN with both sides having Dynamic IP ?i have DDNS account and i am  using it in both side in place of the static IP.i tried some examples from the internet but  don't work.i hope if someone has  complete example or tutorial about this subject.

i need something like this but both side are Dynamic IP ,i am configuring the routers 2800 with CCP software.

The secret is the use of the word "dynamic" on the set peer line.

set peer example-b.cisco.com dynamic
