Do IOS 16.x support easy vpn client feature on ISR 1000 series routers which is the replacement for cisco 800 series routers?

Hi,

EasyVPN is no longer supported or developed. FlexVPN is the replacement and will work on the ISR 1000 routers, there are plenty of configuration guides here.

In my case I want to establish VPN with Cisco ASA 9.x at the head end which is having a Static IP address and the branch will be having ISR 1000 series firewall with Dynamic IP. Can I achieve it with FlexVPN?

Yes, dynamic crypto map on the ASA and just a standard crypto map on the ISR 1000.
