1- Problem in switching tcp / udp
2- After locking the device (iphone & Ipad) the connection is lost and the reconnect enters the loop mode, especially in DTLS
3- OnDemand mode exacerbates this issue
This has nothing to do with updated versions of the operating system
This is only observed in the new version of Cisco.
After 3 weeks, there is still no update for this issue.

It sounds like a known issue with the latest Cisco version affecting TCP/UDP switching and DTLS stability, especially when devices are locked. As a workaround, try disabling OnDemand mode and manually reconnecting this can prevent the looping. You can also switch the protocol manually to TCP for a more stable connection until Cisco releases a patch. Checking your AnyConnect settings for “Allow background refresh” might also help keep the session alive.

This is not available for Cisco app on iPhone
Allow background refresh
The only available solution is to update, which unfortunately has been almost 3 months, according to sending the bug to Cisco, no practical photos have been seen.

Having this issue too, disabling DLTS didn't seem to help at all. Attempted to lower our DPD timer & extend our ASA timeout but doesn't look like that's helping.
Haven't managed to replicate this on iOS 18.6 we've only noticed it on 26.1
