IPSec over VPN

Greetings

Attached is my network layout for site connectivities. I am new to the security field.

Now I have to implement IPSec over VPN in between the Routers.The multicast traffic will also travel through it.

Can someone help me in this regard.If someone has working configuration than this would be very helpful or atleast refer me to some document so that I try to implement the design.
