IPSEC VPN Connection Problem

I have a problem with my site-to-site vpn connection between my two cisco 1900 router, attached files are the output of some show command and i have also attached the configuration file of two router; please help me to troubleshoot this problem.

I think that interface "virtual-template1" on both routers, need be "nat outside", right?

interface Virtual-Template1
description "PPTP Dialer"
ip address 175.x.x.x 255.255.255.252
ip nat inside << this is outside, right?

Hi Jaderson Pessoa,
I am actually helping my client to troubleshoot their vpn problem. I am not sure what that interface is used for and the satus of that interface is down. But the "nat outside" is configured at "Interface Dialer1".
