IPsec VPN tunnel bouncing

Hello,

We have a IPsec VPN with ikev2 setup between CIsco ASA and 3rd party Device. the tunnel is bouncing. Debug shows below logs. Any idea what could be the reason. it was working perfectly.

This is not much log to determine that the issue is.

need more raw data.
