Limiting Concurrent VPN Client Users

Is it possible to limit the number of vpn client users?

I am using a PIX 515 configured to authenticate users against the RADIUS server that comes with Windows 2000. I'd like to limit concurrent users, if at all possible.

The simplest way to me would be to limit the size of the VPN IP address pool.

If there are only 5 addresses available, then only five people will be able to connect.
