No Modules Found

Good morning all,

Hoping you can help us. We have some users at our work location who are seeing an error when they sign into Cisco stating, “No modules found.”

Reinstalling VPN resolves the issue on PCs, but on Macs, reinstalling VPN does not seem to resolve the problem.

Could you please let me know how I can fix this issue on a Mac machine?

If reinstalling Secure Client fixes it on Windows but not on the Mac, check whether the required VPN module is actually installed and loaded. The “No modules found” message has been reported on macOS when the Secure Client modules aren't installed correctly.

Try a complete uninstall of Secure Client on the Mac, restart, then install the VPN module again. If it still happens, checking the Secure Client version and macOS version would be the next step, since there have also been module-related issues with certain Secure Client versions.

Hi this is so helpful, to comfirm does this occur on certain macos's? And when you say there have also been module-related issues with certain Secure Client versions. Have you found a work-around, like which version or where did you go to install one that worked correctly?
