I would like to share one issue which we are facing currently and I would like to have solution for the same. We have corporate network setup with couple of branches across India. Remote users will access the corporate resources with two factor authentication through the corporate firewall at Chennai, Mumbai & Bangalore. Corporate firewall is configured with remote access VPN through which remote users connects & access the corporate resoucres. Two factor authentication is working in Mumbai Firewall but did not working in Chennai.
Whenever remote users will try to connect to corporate network through Chennai ASA firewall user is getting disconnected and on the firewall following error has occured.
sys ID : 713020 : No Group Found by matching OUs from ID payload. OU = XXXXX
Request you to pls help for how to resolve this error.
