RPC on tunnel IPSec

I need to do replicate active directory

Windows (RPC) through tunnel IPSec which

was deployed from ASA 5505 and ISAServer

Microsoft.

Have to I made an a particular configuration about ?

Microsoft RPC uses a well known port of TCP 135. Configure an access list to allow this port on outside interface. http://cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6120/products_configuration_example09186a0080862017.shtml for configuring access list.
