SSL VPN Service login failure

Hi All,

I am not able to log into my SSL VPN Service. I don't know if I typed in the wrong password too many times, but I can't log in.

Is there a way to reset the password?

You cannot reset the password from the client or browser. You would need to reset the password on the ASA gateway by entering the "username" command again on CLI. on ASDM, you can use reset the password for the username under the user options.

Hi,

Depending on your configured authentication method (local, tacacs/radius, ldap) you should go and reset the password or unlock the account. You can do this from VPN client or browse (Clientless)
