Unable to connect from remote desktop to VPN using Cisco AnyConnect

My university has now required that all students off campus access their student accounts using the AnyConnect Secure Mobility app. I successfully installed the app sucessfully but could not connect to the VPN. I keep getting an error message that I am not connected to the Internet. I am using my Wifi.

are you config ASA or router for Anyconnect ?
