I have got this laptop from work which I use at my workplace. I do sometime need to use it from my home. The IT department has installed AnyConnect software on this laptop in order to use the company server through VPN.
The problem is when I click on connect and enter my credential it comes up with an error (screen shot attached) and I can't use the internet not even my router webpage (192.168.1.1). However, when I use my mobile data through hotspot it does work.
Is there any setting I need to do on my router (TP-Link TD-W8968 v3) which may resolve this issue?
Appreciate if anyone can help me on that.
