Voice is not working on remote access VPN

Hi The avaya model 9611 has been registered with CM through remote access VPN but voice is not working. for testing i have given full udp and tcp ports permit. now one side voice is working, mean i'm receiving voice but my voice is not going on phone 9611. other side no action of voice on softphone. i need urgent help to short out it by today. please help.

have you configured split-tunneling or tunnel-all for the ip phones?

also you can take captures on the ASA to check if the traffic from your ip phone is even reaching the ASA.

capture cap interface <interface to which the other phone is reachable> match ip host <pool ip address of ip phone> host <ip address of the other end>

"show cap cap" will show you if there is unidirectional communication or bi-directional
