vpn client error 412

i have a problem with the vpn client 4.0.4 because after two minutes from the connection it appears me error 412 an i losa the connection .

i need urgent help .

Did you uninstalled and then reinstalled VPN software recently. If that is indeed the case, you might need to manually uninstall the VPN client and reinstall again. To manually uninstall the VPN client on windows 2000, you could refer to http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/471/vpn3K_uninstall.html

I just posted a problem witht he same error, do you only have this issue with Windows 95, 98 and ME computers, but NT, 2000 and XP connect fine?
