Hi All,
Recently tried to install the VPN client on one of my user's notebook for his travelling needs. Nothing unusal during the installation.
However after the instllation is completed and reboot, the VPN client cannot make any connection when the connection profile is activated.
After a few tries, upon closer examination of the log window, the client keeps generating the following error even no connection is being activated. The error keeps showing up in the log window.
The error as follows :

The system is a XP pro with SP2. The client is 4.6.00.0045 and the concentrator version is 4.1.5.B.
None of the other PC/notebooks have this problem. This is the first case we encountered.
Can anyone help shed any light on this ? or at least find out what the error means ? TIA
