Hi,

If the error message repeats, click Close and attempt to reconnect. If this second attempt to connect fails, reboot the PC. The connection will probably form.

If the above procedure also do not work, try with downgradation to vpn

client 3.6.x. And also please see CSCea25682.

Could it be that you are connecting on a Cisco VPN Concentrator that has in its group profile the Local Firewall option enabled ? This means that without a local firewall enabled, VPN Client side, the Concentrator will disallow you to connect.

If you remove that option from the group it will work again.

Or are talking about debug messages in the isakmp or ipsec policy connection attampt?

Try to enable in the cisco VPN Client Option Menu the "Stateful Firewall always on" and try again.
