HI.

Users can not authenticated and this message appear in concentrator:

1937 02/26/2003 15:57:13.560 SEV=3 AUTH/5 RPT=61 66.178.51.20 Authentication rejected: Reason = Unspecifiedhandle = 276, server = x.x.x.x, user = username, domain = <not specified>

any suggestion

Does a test authentication work from the concentrator itself (hit the Test button on the Auth Server screen)? This looks like a Windows NT authentication, correct? when you added in the server, did you type in the domain name or the DC server name in the "Domain Controller Name" section? If you did the former, make sure you do the latter.

They are authenticating on ACS 3.0 server with Cisco Secure Database for password management.

OK, so Radius huh? What does the Failed Attempts log on the ACS server say then?
