VPN transform-set

Hi,

Is there a good documentation on the command crypto ipsec transform-set explaining how the encoding used.

Example: ipsec transform crypto-set NAME ah-md5-hmac esp-3des esp-md5-hmac

The AH-transform chosen is the ah-md5-hmac. AH for the authentification header, md5 for what? and then hmac for...?
