VPN Tunnel Timeout Value

How can I increase the timeout value on an IPSEC VPN tunnel running on an ASA5520?  The users claim the tunnel is timing out causing transactions to stop flowing.

There are two major settings on ASA itself to change this:

If ASA disconnetes a user normally there is information about it left in the logs, very often with a reason.
