VPN with remote desktop

I am trying to configure a VPN so remote workers can connect to there desktops in the office using there laptops. I have the VPN working and connecting, I can only ping the router in the office and no other computers or devices. I am using a CISCO881W-GN-A-K9 router All the firewalls are turned off. What am I missing?

i think you are missing the nat exemption

make sure that the traffic from internal network to the vpn pool ip's is exempted from natting

you can do that either by using route map or you can just deny this traffic in the ip nat source accesslist
