Hi,

Actually , i will configure an ASA 5520 for webvpn for the first time. i want to ask you for something that is the remote client who use webvpn take another ip address after establishing the tunnel like VPN cliet S/W with the pix or not?????

ALso is the remote cleint can access the internet after the tunnel is established( i.e split tunneling feature)or not???

Hi,

If you use the SSL VPN client, then the client is assigned a IP.

If you use webvpn proxy mode, you dont need a IP.

Split tunneling is configurable with the SSL VPN client.
