WebVPN using RADIUS and Groups

I have got this working - using CLASS 25 OU= groupname

Works like a dream and I can assign different forlder rights to differenct SSL users.

However, Sometimes I create a user and assign them to the group - when I login the SSL VPN Says "unable to send authentication request"

I then take another user, assign them to the same group with the same privileges and it works.

I cannot explain - has anyone seen this - any ideas.
