What is Dangling mode and continuos Channel mode in VPN? With Differece?

Please help me to understand this concept..

Can you please tell me where the question is coming from? Typically this is very in depth IKE knowledge not very useful for anyone outside of vendor support and developers.

At a simplified level.

Continuous channel - we will keep IKE SA up as long as there is an IPsec SA up.

Dangling mode - we will let the IPsec SAs "dangle" without support of IKE SA.

Can you please share.. What I have to do configuration for this technology..

There is not much in config to do in config that can change this behavior.

As far as I remember :

- ASA - all CCM

- IOS - all dangling except ezvpn.

But as I said, this sort off detail is rarely needed by anyone but vendor.

Yes I understand this is on SP side only. I am also on SP side from few month I reached on same profile.

I try to get the config from google and may sites but I am not able to get. Can you please help me to Clear this pictue?
