Robert Burns
Robert Burns is a technical leader for advanced engineering in Cisco’s Datacenter Technologies group, specializing in data center technologies and cloud computing. He facilitates beta hardware and software support with unified computing system (UCS) customers, has helped develop and deliver UCS bootcamp training, and designs Cisco Data Center certifications including UCS specialist exams and Data Center CCIE designations. He is currently leading various data center study groups for the CCNA and CCIE certifications. He has 15 years of industry experience and previously held roles as systems administrator for WIS International and IT manager for Dave & Buster’s Canada. Burns holds a computer information systems degree in information technology from Humber College.
