When you commit changes you get prompted for a description of the change(s) you are committing. Where can these comments be found later to review (such as a change log)?
Thank you for pointing me towards the correct answer. I searched both of those logs for the comment I made from the GUI when commiting changes and didn't find it, but it did show up in the system_logs as an Information event with User commit changes:
