What the license of Cisco WSA that can do https proxy feature?

if i buy Web Security Premium, is that enough for doing cisco https proxy?

Please See the attached picture, Why Cisco HTTPS Proxy's status and time remaining are not consumed the license?

Hi,

The HTTPS says its 'dormant' means the license is available but you have not enable the service/functionality.

Check in the GUI if you are enabling the HTTPS proxy or not (GUI -> Security Services -> HTTPS proxy)
