Cisco IronPort URL Categorization

Hi Cisco Team,

My company's website (www.journaledit.com) is currently being classified by Cisco IronPort as "Unclassified".  Many of my customers are Cisco clients and subsequently cannot access the site due to the lack of categorization.

Can you please help me with correcting this?  It should be classified as "Education".

An uncategorized URL is a URL that does not match any pre-defined URL category or included custom URL category.

In order to solve this please have a look to the "AsyncOS 10.1 for Cisco Web Security Appliances User Guide" you can find the steps and details in section 9-2.

In this case we also recommend you to have a look to sections 9-6 (merges categories)and 9-9 (Access Polices).
