Cisco WSA https proxy problem

Hi team)

 I have a problem accessing dpd.com through the WSA proxy server.  The first time i such this error. Maybe someone has already encountered this and knows how to solve this problem?

Quellfehler:

Beim Ausführen der aktuellen Webanforderung wurde einen unbehandelte Ausnahme generiert. Informationen über den Ursprung und die Position der Ausnahme können mit der Ausnahmestapelüberwachung angezeigt werden.

That looks like an IIS problem, not a proxy problem.
You could test it by adding this url to the bypass list (so the WSA doesn't process it, just passes the traffic through), and I suspect you'll get the same result.

as Ken mentioned this is web server issue, viewing these errors means you have the connectivity to web server. from the above Error it seems that there is some issue in Web server cluster.

Also if you check the resolution in the Microsoft link, they are all server side configuration.

As Ken mentioned you can test with Bypass, Kindly be advised bypass in WSA depends on the deployment mode, in the Explicit deployment, you need to bypass from Client side ( your browser proxy configuration) and in transparent deployment you can add the dpd.de, .dpd.de in GUI > Web Security Manager > Bypass Settings. 

when ever you are facing : "Server Error in '/' Application." you can try refresh, or try with other internet provider, like your Mobile data, (some times you will route to deferent web servers ) 

I have tried accessing dpd in my-lab and I was able to view the page "https://www.dpd.com/de/home_mydpd.aspx" and from WSA's side there were no Error or blocking.
