you need to review the logs and see which engine is blocking the access and why
and if trusted, you can set exception, or if it is blocked due to Cisco's TALOS score, you can create a case with them to review the scoring.

these are the items that I can point to:
[1] if you try to open the link from an Email, and when hovering on the link and you see another link other than "primemix.co.il" you need to check with your Email Admin and if the site is being blocked by TALOS : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/email-security-appliance/214133-how-to-submit-email-messages-to-cisco.html
[2] if you have upstream proxy : WSA or Umbrella, you need to check with your Proxy Admin
[3] if you are using Umbrella DNS service, again you need to reach out to them.
