Hi Team,

We bought 3500 license for ironport. But now the user having internet slowness issue via iron port proxy. We have verified with ISP and no issue with network.

May i know what does mean for the above user connection?

Current idle client connections: is a number of how many client sockets
there are to the WSA that are currently not passing data

Current idle server connections: 
Is a number of connections on WSA to remote side connections that will allow
to go into idle state instead of disconnecting them when the connections are
done.

Total client Connections:
Is the total numbers of connections that are establish from Client to WSA

Total Server connections: Is the total numbers of connections that are
establish from WSA to the remote sites
