Can the WSA block specific Non-HTTP protocols yet such as LIVE Messenger, AIM, GoogleTalk, Skype, etc?
Thanks in advance.

Big Dave,
IF the protocols are using HTTP, then there is a good chance that they can be blocked. With most of those protocols, they will attempt to get out in several ways, bypassing the proxy.
Native support for streaming / p2p is coming in the future.
