NTLM Authentication problem join domain

Hi,
I want to configure a REALM NTLM.

When I try to join ironport to my Active Directory Domain I get the following error"
"ERROR - Computer Account creation failed
Failure: Error while joining WSA on to server x.x.x.x: Failed to join domain: the network name cannot be found"

I checked on my AD and I notice that the computer object in effect have been created in the right location but it's disabled..??

If I enable and I run the tests, they're successfull but the status is: "Computer account ironport$ not yet created."

In effect If I list the REALM I get "Domain not Joined"

What I'm wrong?

If I try to use LDAP it works correctly

I don't know if there is going to be an easy answer on this one. I recommend filing a support ticket. Some further details would be helpful:

1. What version of the WSA are you running?

2. What version of AD are you running? (win2k, 2008, so forth)
