How can I tunnel scp protocol (winscp application) through WSA?

If you're really using SCP ("secure copy" based on SSH), I'd say no.
If you're using WinSCP, and your actually using SFTP, I think the answer is still no.

Oh yeah, sftp ... I got confused between scp and sftp, sorry.
They both based on SSH. If you're right, it's bad!

As what i have understand SCP is already laid on a tunneled layer by means of a secure shell. Because, Secure Shell uses a tunneling protocol to communicate peer to peer connection
