Telegram Mobile Only Able to Access After Bypass Cisco WSA

Hi all,

we encounter an issue with Telegram app via phone, we unable to connect and the app keep updating. We experience no issue when access Telegram using PC. We manage to resolve this issue by bypass it through Cisco WSA but when we checked on firewall, no log were captured so we unable to see any blocking or packet drop. Can anyone assist to advise or give some insights on this matter? we appreciate it thanks in advance!

please Check the AccessLogs to see which URLs are getting Blocked while you are using the Proxy 

you can filter for your mobile IP so then You will see which requests are coming to WSA. 

look for HTTP response (400,401,403,404,500,502,504) for example this is the start of one Accesslog's Line : 

1659336533.043 97 1.2.3.4  TCP_MISS/402
