Hello,

Is it possible to allocate a "deputy" type of role, that will allow restricted access to set up by-pass codes for users?

This "deputy" role will not have full access to the console, but can access specific functions, like the "Stop Service" code for specific periods of time., in order to assist with web issues when the admin is not available.

Hi Rob,

I am aware of that page, but it does not answer the question.
Even the by-pass user is too much overhead to initiate.
You would have to provide for the whole organization.
I am looking for a role that can assist with by providing a code to users
that can assist with troubleshooting web issues.
The "stop-service" code, for example.

To fine-tune a bit more, I am working with Roaming Clients.

No other network involved.

Under the section of "Tamper Protection", we can set an "Uninstall/Stop Key" for 1-6 days.

Can this be allowed for "deputies?"
