Unhandled exception HTTP status 407

Hi Everyone,

We unable to open the applications

After login to the applications it comes out with the error.

"Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your applications.

The request failed with HTTP status 407: Proxy Authentication Required"

and other things i check on web tracking, i found this:

tunnel://172.16.202.25:13111 - (Block - Policy)

tunnel://172.16.202.25:13111 - (Block - Policy)

Notice in the destination address is using port 13111 and by default WSA is not processing that port since only doing 80/443/FTP.

You can add port 13111 in the WSA HTTP CONNECT Port in the access policy and click the policy in the Protocols and User Agents column and add that port in for WSA to be able to just connect tunnel to it.  

However also make sure your firewall is not blocking port 13111 if yes then eventhough you have set in WSA but the connection will still fail.
