Hello Cisco Community,
I am requesting assistance with a reputation synchronization issue for the domain www.firstaiddirect.ca. My domain is currently marked as Web Reputation "Untrusted" with a threat category of "Spam" on TalosIntelligence.com, but I am unable to get the live status to reflect internal resolutions.
The Timeline:
Ticket 1 (10 days ago): Submitted and resolved as a False Positive. No change occurred to the live reputation status after 10 days.
Ticket 2 (Resolved Yesterday - #6753373): Again, reviewed and resolved as a False Positive. However, the public-facing reputation remains "Untrusted."
Supporting Data:
Domain: www.firstaiddirect.ca Status: Twice cleared as "False Positive" by Talos analysts. Google Postmaster: Shows Compliant.
There is a clear synchronization failure between the dispute resolution database and the live sensors. Since I do not have a TAC support contract, I cannot open a formal case. Could a Cisco Community Manager or employee please flag Ticket #6753373 to force a manual database sync?
I would appreciate help, this has been impacting my business for 10 days now. Several of my customers have been unable to access my site.
