Hi,
I am receiving password popup authentication from Cisco Ironport device, even I closed MS Outlook and other running programs while sync with outlook 2003.
Please help

You need to apply a registry fix for this:

We did it ourselves and it works a treat.

Thank you Chris, but can I use any registry tool to fix this issue? or Cisco recommended if any?

Any regsitry tool, essentially it's a Microsoft issue.
