I installed the app in Win10 using my admin account. None of the student accounts can launch Webex. After changing the student account to admin, the app still does not launch and will not install. Removing the existing installation made no difference. Any suggestions?

@ricktait; we have successfully installed the Access Anywhere lab application on Windows 10 computers with no issues from students with limited permissions opening and using the app after the install. As @Igor Lukic suggested, the Windows logs may give you some help with identifying the issue. Good luck.

Thank-you everyone. I'll check into these things as soon as I get into work on Monday. Cheers.

The Webex App does not require admin rights on the PC, if it is just installed for one user (i.e. in the user's context). In that case, the Webex App will install itself in the following folder "%LocalAppData%\Programs\Cisco Spark".
The event log should however provide more details. You could also check the Webex App logs, which you can find here:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Cisco Spark
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\CiscoSparkLauncher
Best regards,
Igor

Hi @ricktait,
have you tried checking the Windows event log for error messages?
If so, have you seen any error messages?
Best regards,
Igor

The only error was when students attempted to install Webex themselves. Can’t remember the exact wording but had something to do with a download error.
Have not looked at the event log. I did get it working on one machine after diving into permissions and granting full access to everyone. I just don’t think I should have to do this.
