Adding link in email

I recently had to do a lease roll with my company. On my old system when scheduling a meeting it would add the link at the bottom of the email. On the new system it does not add the link to the meeting. How do I add this feature?

Hi @jc8316 ,

Are you referring to the email meeting invite for a Webex meeting? And, are you referring to your old computer? If you are using the Webex scheduler in Outlook, you should see the link populate automatically in the location line of the email meeting invite.
