Our org is slowly migrating over from Productivity Tools to the Webex Scheduler in Outlook. A few users have created templates in the web portal of Webex, and while you can see the custom templates when clicking on the Webex Preferences button when you click on Add Webex Meeting with the selected template - it looks to default back to the "Webex Meetings Default" template. You're also not able to double-check and see what template is being used and or change the template after the fact in outlook.
Also, accessing the web interface of webex - you are not able to edit the meeting that was created in Outlook..
